“There’s to me, personally, no such thing as a tough market,” she said. “It’s a challenging market, and when something is challenging, you have to learn a new way to deal with it.”
Young real estate agents who came into the business under brighter business conditions, she said, often have trouble keeping their footing once the terrain turns rocky.
“Being a successful REALTOR® at this time is a matter of having a positive attitude and knowing how to adjust to the situation that you face,” she said. “Whether it’s in our personal lives or our real estate lives, it’s something you’ve got to do.”
