Free month orientation webinar helps new real estate agents gear up quickly

EXIT Realty's Franchise Support Department is Renowed for Customer ServiceEXIT Realty Corp. International’s Franchise Support department is renowned for providing practical, timely and friendly support to the company’s REALTORS®, Administrators, Franchisees and Regional Owners across eight time zones.  And now they are further enhancing this support by provide the information needed to help agents new to the company quickly familiarize themselves with everything EXIT Realty has to offer.

Starting in October, each new agent will be invited to attend a free, 30-minute webinar to offer detailed information on EXIT’s tools and resources, as well as provide a platform for new associates to ask questions. "We have found that providing a platform for a dialogue, rather than just providing information, creates a better understanding for all involved," says Sharron Richardson, Franchise Support Manager. 

Currently, when an agent joins EXIT Realty, they receive a welcome package containing a letter from Founder & CEO, Steve Morris, an email from the Corporate Records department containing login information into the EXIT Resource Center, and an email from Franchise Support, offering training and/or support for all EXIT’s programs, tools, resources, and procedures. A Franchise Support representative then calls the newcomer to thank them for joining EXIT, to offer initial assistance, and to inform the associate that they are here to help.

The new monthly webinar is just one more way EXIT Realty’s head office will connect with the true assets of the corporation; its agents.  Regional Owners and Franchisees will be invited to a sneak peek this week.  The first monthly session will be held Wednesday, October 6th at 3:30 pm ET and will continue on the first Wednesday of every month.  EXIT Realty’s new agents can register to attend by emailing Franchise Support.
