This August, Regional Owners, Broker/Owners, Managers and Administrators from across the U.S. and Canada registered in record numbers to attend EXIT Realty Corp. International’s Broker/Owner Training event.
Veterans and rookies alike packed the 5-day workshop which featured sessions taught by 18 of the company’s top leadership including Founder and Chairman, Steve Morris and CEO, Tami Bonnell. The agenda focused first on the mind-set of the individual and progressed to practical tactics to run a successful brokerage with topics ranging from Self-Image Reinforcement to Profitability and Formula Potential.
