The Chairman’s Ball is the crown jewel of EXIT Realty’s Annual Convention. It’s the culmination of the week’s events – the educational and entertaining speakers, diverse breakout sessions, and cordial networking events, among others – capped with formal, black-tie elegance.
While Convention offers an unforgettable experience for attendees, that sentiment is especially true for the lucky associates who went home with $25,000 grand prizes from the Chairman’s Ball draw. The way the draw works is simple. Twenty-one names of associates attending the ball are randomly drawn throughout the night. First ten names are picked, then seven, and finally five in tribute to EXIT’s 10-7-5 Formula of single-level residuals. Of those twenty-one names, three are selected as grand-prize winners at the stroke of midnight.

“I was utterly shocked,” said Karen. “That whole night was just a dream come true. I want to thank EVERYONE who said they were rooting for me – it was AMAZING the outpour of support from people I didn’t even know! NEVER IN MY LIFE have I ever experienced anything like this. I get goosebumps every time I talk about it. I’m a single lady trying to make my way in this small-town community in Minnesota. This has been life changing for me. What a phenomenal three years it’s been for me since joining this family at EXIT, it’s motivated to accomplish so much.”
“I was affirming that I would win the entire night,” said Jeramie, “and then they called my name. I couldn’t believe it; it blew me away!! I’m going to use this money to help pay my quarterly estimated tax payment due in December. I’m very happy. EXIT Realty has done so much for me, in addition to helping me have a very lucrative real estate career.”
“When I first heard my name,” said Pamela, “I jumped up and hugged my son, Lance, who was beside me. I couldn’t really believe what I was hearing at first, but it didn’t take long for it to sink in. My winning will ensure that more of my agents attend Convention for years to come. I have a “C” personality, so I’ll put the money away in a savings account to spend on a good cause. I was a runner-up at a previous convention back when there was only one grand-prize winner. So, thank you EXIT Realty Corp. International for spreading the prize money around so more associates can share this wonderful experience.”
