The Spirit of EXIT Benefits Hospice Care in Maryland

The team at EXIT by the Bay Realty in Prince Frederick, Maryland, raised funds in benefit of Calvert Hospice during an event where members of the community had their jewellery and silver appraised by a reputable, independent appraiser.  EXIT associates reached out to the community through emails to clients, networking contacts, community fliers and social media.

A portion of every transaction fee received by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to its charitable fund. Through the Spirit of EXIT Dollar-for-Dollar Matching Program, EXIT offices and associates can raise money for local, approved, registered charities and apply to EXIT’s head office to have those funds matched from the company’s pledged pool of funds.  The EXIT team raised $500 which EXIT Realty Corp. International was proud to match for a donation to Calvert Hospice of $1,000.

“Our mission at Calvert Hospice is to enrich the quality of the lives we touch with expert and compassionate care,” said Tanea Granlund, Outreach Coordinator with Calvert Hospice.  “We are here to ensure that every resident of Calvert County deserves to have quality end-of-life care and that we enable patients and their families to make the most of every moment.  We could not do the good work with do without the support of our business community and the generosity of our neighbors.  Thank you for your kindness and generosity!”
