Celebrating Greatness Across North America

Mississauga, ON – It is with immense pride that we acknowledge our organization’s top producers, changemakers, and cultivators of growth each year, but this year, instead of one celebration of awards greatness, we went on a road trip.

That’s right! From Halifax, Nova Scotia to Nashville, Tennessee, then wrapping up in Las Vegas, Nevada, EXIT Realty Corp. International executives from coast-to-coast, hit the road to bring the EXIT celebration to three of the organization’s largest markets.

“At EXIT, we set a high bar for award qualification, and in today’s evolving market, it’s incredibly inspiring to see our people not just meeting the challenge but exceeding it” shared EXIT Co-Chair, Tami Bonnell. “Their commitment to excellence, our brand, and the real estate industry truly stands out, and we couldn’t be prouder.”

Attendees gathered from across EXIT’s Nation to dive into learning, connect one-on-one, and celebrate their successes together. During all three events, EXIT presented awards for levels of distinction that proved quite simply astounding against the backdrop of this remarkable year in the industry, defined by grit, innovation, and change.

Sales Representative, Kyle Johnson with EXIT Realty Associates in Dieppe, NB swept EXIT’s annual awards recognition for a second year in a row, taking home the Tri-Real-A-Thon award, as well as Top GCI, Top Unit Producer, and Top Volume in North America. Region of the Year went to Bill and Cade Pankonin, Regional Owners of the 13-state operation, EXIT Realty Upper Midwest.

Long-time Broker/Owners, Parise Cormier, Kris Klair, and father/son team, John and Robert Farrell all took #1 spots for Highest Grossing and Highest Producing offices in the single and multiple office categories, and next gen force, Jeremie Fontaine received Top Lister for the fifth consecutive year.

Broker of the Year was awarded to Val Connell for Canada, and to Scott Steger, Josh Foster, as well as Sabrina Jones-Schroeder for the East, Central, and West U.S. divisions respectively. Up and comer, Imam Hasan was awarded Top Sponsor – Producing Agent, while consummate professional, Carl Vasile, once again claimed the #1 Team in North America for GCI as leader of Team Vasile.

Congratulations to all of our incredible award winners who span the gamut of emerging talent to reputable, respected authorities in their professions. Each brings integrity and expertise to our industry, setting a higher standard for what professionals can expect and achieve with EXIT.
