Tami Bonnell, CEO, EXIT Realty Corp. International today announced that the subfranchisor rights for the State of Colorado have been awarded to Kevin and Margaret Hamilton.
Margaret Hamilton has been in the real estate industry for 8 years and has achieved the Performance Management Network designation from the Women’s Council of REALTORS®. She was the WCR President for the State of Connecticut in 2014 and the Regional Vice President (CT, RI, MA, VT, NH) in 2015.
Prior to joining EXIT Realty, Kevin Hamilton held several sales, marketing and global product management positions in his 20-year tenure with Union Carbide and Rhȏne-Poulenc (now incorporated within Bayer Crop Science). For the balance of his 36-year career, he held global marketing and business development positions within start-up organizations, focused primarily in Asia and Latin America.
The Hamiltons decided to become involved with EXIT Realty on a regional level due in part to the organization’s consistent commitment to five pillars in developing successful franchisees and sales representatives; training, branding, technology, company culture and the opportunity to achieve financial security through EXIT’s unique business model.
“I believe the resources EXIT Realty has to offer franchisees and agents will be the launching pad for extreme growth in an industry that needs real change,” said Kevin.
“Margaret has been a long-time leader both in business and with the Women’s Council of REALTORS®. Kevin has outstanding business credentials and has been instrumental in taking companies both state-wide and international. They are a tremendous asset to our leadership team,” said Bonnell.
EXIT Realty’s current franchise locations in Colorado include Colorado Springs, Denver, Pagosa Springs, Bloomfield, Durango, Englewood and Greenwood Village and the couple plans aggressive growth in the Highlands Ranch, Boulder, Brighton, Parker, and Castle Rock areas.
