EXIT Realty Corp. International, a real estate franchisor with brokerage locations across the US and Canada, today announced plans to accelerate the company’s growth throughout the state of Michigan with the appointment of Leonard Cradit as Franchise Development Manager.
Cradit brings more than 30 years’ experience in both the real estate and property management industries to the position. He earned 35 top sales achievement awards from two of America’s Fortune® 200 corporations; Illinois Tool Works Inc. (ITW) and Philip Morris Companies Inc. (Altria). He is a graduate of Central Michigan University and known throughout West Michigan as “The B.I.O.N.I.C. (Believe It Or Not I Care) REALTOR.
With 15 brokerages located across the State, the company’s focus now shifts to rapid expansion into new markets. “Our focus is to grow EXIT Realty in Michigan by awarding franchises to the best leadership which in turn will attract the finest real estate agents to our brand,” said Craig Witt, President of the U.S. Division of EXIT Realty Corp.
