EXIT Realty Corp. International announced recently that the subfranchisor rights to the state of Arizona have been awarded to Keith and Deanna Weaver.
The Weavers joined EXIT Realty as the Franchisees of EXIT Realty – Realty Place in Litchfield Park (20 miles northwest of Phoenix) in 2013 and expanded to a second location in Tempe in March of this year.
“After owning our office for over 4 years and opening our second office we knew EXIT Realty was our home. When the opportunity to purchase the region was presented to us, we knew we had to take it,” said Deanna. “We love EXIT for the training, branding, technology, culture and the residual benefits offered to everyone in the company.”
EXIT Realty is aggressively expanding across the US and Canada with special focus on California and Texas and the addition of franchise sales representatives in other key regions. Spearheading this growth is the company’s veteran CEO, Tami Bonnell. “Keith and Deanna have demonstrated great leadership in their roles as EXIT Franchisees and are expanding their vision to help others build great brokerages and attract top quality real estate professionals,” said Bonnell.
The Weavers, too, have specific plans to extend EXIT’s footprint in Arizona. “We plan to initially focus our sales efforts in the southeast and north parts of the state with offices to be opening soon in Tucson, Flagstaff and Prescott areas,” said Keith. “Our goal is to have 50 offices with over 1,000 active agents in Arizona by November 2022.”
