Thousands Raised for Habitat for Humanity in Montana, Matched by The Spirit of EXIT

The second annual BBQ Bash benefiting Habitat for Humanity of Ravalli County (Montana) was held last year and raised thousands of dollars to continue the organization’s great work.  Following is an excerpt from the press release issued by EXIT Realty Bitterroot Valley.

The BBQ Bash was held at Sleeping Child Farm, the use of the site donated by Tina Coleman and Max Coleman, Broker/Owner of EXIT Realty Bitterroot Valley.  A beautiful setting, great live music and incredible food awaited those who attended.

Manning the BBQ were David Haywood and Max Coleman, President and Vice-President, respectively, of the Habitat for Humanity Board of Directors.  Famous local caterer, Mary Gehl, donated her time preparing all the delicious side dishes.  Habitat’s current Stevi build and next Darby build partner families helped by serving food and directing parking.  Nashville 406 provided the live music.

A portion of every transaction fee collected by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to its charitable fund.  Through the Spirit of EXIT Dollar-for-Dollar Matching Program, EXIT offices and associates can raise money for local, approved, registered charities, including Habitat for Humanity, and apply to EXIT’s head office to have those funds matched from the company’s pledged pool of funds.  The BBQ Bash raised $7,504.50 and that amount was matched by EXIT Realty Corp. International for a total donation of $15,009 to Habitat for Humanity of Ravalli County.
