The list of its 2022 Newsmakers was released by veteran real estate publisher, RISMedia, this week, and four of EXIT Realty’s finest were recognized.
Co-Chair, Tami Bonnell, was recognized as an industry Luminary. “Under her leadership, the company has grown in every sector, from bringing in and mentoring new agents, merging and acquiring companies and even adding 50 new offices in the span of six months.”
CEO – Canada, Joyce Paron, and President of the U.S. Division, Lori Muller, were recognized as Achievers.
“On pace to exceed 17.8 transaction ends per agent in 2021 (at press time), EXIT Realty’s Canadian Division has grown by leaps and bounds under the steady leadership of Joyce Paron.”
“Lori Muller was named president of EXIT Realty Corp. International’s U.S. Division in 2021. She focuses on staying connected to members of her team, empowering individuals and helping them build the confidence and courage to achieve their personal and professional dreams. Muller believes that when one member of the team grows, everyone grows.”
Brent Gieske, sales representative with EXIT Real Estate Professionals in Missouri who was honored by the National Association of REALTORS® in 2021 with its Good Neighbor Award, was named a Crusader, “2021 was an inspiring year for Brent Gieseke and his continued volunteer work with Agape Pamoja, a non-profit serving the needs of refugees from war-torn countries residing in Kansas City. He spent over 2,700 hours serving the organization, assisting refugees with the acquisition and renovation of four residential properties and a 6,500 square foot refugee event center. This also included the pilot of a homeownership program, the growth in the number of youth involved with the organization’s Student Leadership program, and mentoring refugee youth on essential life skills.”
“2021 was a tale of two worlds. One that struggled to deal with the individual and national impact of a seemingly endless pandemic, and one that witnessed one of the most prosperous years ever for real estate professionals,” the announcement stated. “This year’s Newsmaker honorees shined in both realms, rising to the occasion to help their companies and their communities through an economic and health crisis, while simultaneously accomplishing new levels of success.”
