Our Christmas Holiday experience is now upon us. Looking back at the characteristics of the real estate marketplace in 2025, it is obvious to everyone that there have been very substantial challenges therein. Every financial marketplace functions rhythmically with crests and troughs and various degrees of momentum. Finishing this year with a sense of closure is important because 2026 will prove to have its own individuality and this provides new opportunities, attitudes and approaches that will make it unique in every respect.
Our mission at EXIT Realty Corp. International has always been focused on the fact that our salespeople are the assets that generate all the return on invested time because they are on the front lines dealing directly with the public taking listings and making sales. We at head office know that each and every one of you are diligently and competently doing your absolute best accordingly. This is well appreciated by all of us. By comparison, it has been a very difficult year and yet it is now behind us. Special congratulations to you on all your successes and on your resilience, adaptability and versatility. It has been a true measure of your character and your ability to stand your ground no matter what the circumstances. With this, you will proceed into 2026 much stronger and much more capable than ever before. You have weathered the storm, and you have a lot to be proud of.
The second half of December is the calming period and spending time comfortably with family and friends will compliment your life and all that you stand for in many wonderful ways. Being thankful for your potential and all the goodness and greatness in your life will stimulate a deep sense of peace, harmony and calm. You rose to the occasion in 2025 in an ever-increasing crescendo, with a well-focused mindset and energy, and you will do substantially better in 2026.
