A Stellar Lineup of Peer Speakers to Take the Stage at the 2018 EXIT Realty Convention

Among the highlights of every EXIT Realty Corp. International Convention are the moments when the crowd hushes and the “peer speakers” take the stage.  These inspirational individuals represent the “every-agent”; the EXIT Associate who has overcome challenges and adversity to achieve great things in his or her career and life.  This October, EXIT proudly presents three such outstanding individuals.

Pamela Norman, Sales Representative, EXIT Realty Oceans Edge, Bay Roberts NL

Born and raised in a small, traditional fishing town in Newfoundland, Pam Norman became a teacher at the age of 19.   Following a 30-year teaching career, she opened her own business in 2004 which she sold four years later to begin missionary work in Guatemala. Realizing just how much money such a venture would require, she decided to pursue a new career to build her mission fund and landed in the real estate field.

With excellent training from the leadership of her local EXIT brokerage, Pam was off to a roaring start. In her first year she had 50 listings and 40 sales and was named Canadian Rookie of the year by EXIT Realty Corp. International.  Pam’s efforts in her second year yielded 112 sales and she has continued this upward trend to finish the last two years as Top Lister in North America for EXIT Realty.

Pam’s goal is to continue to grow her business and her missionary work. She has three sponsored children, has built over 50 houses in Parramous, Guatemala and is planning her seventh trip.

Karen Bingham, Sales Representative, EXIT Real Estate Professionals, Sackville NS

Karen Bingham is a wife and mother who has lived most of her life with lymphedema, a condition which caused her to be on bedrest and very limited activity for two years. For the past few years, Karen has become very vocal about lymphedema awareness after spending most of her life hiding it.  She has organized seminars, support groups and has founded the Lymphedema Association of Nova Scotia, where she holds the position of president.

Karen has been an EXIT agent for four and half years and credits her very supportive EXIT family for helping her break out of her comfort zone and find the confidence to speak openly about living with lymphedema.  She wants to do whatever she can to help and inspire others.

Leonard Cradit, Franchise Development Manager, Michigan and Sales Representative with EXIT Realty Property Partners, Grandville MI

Leonard Cradit, also known as the “B.I.O.N.I.C.” (believe it or not, I care) real estate agent, is a proud member of the EXIT Realty Franchise Development Team in Michigan.  A CMU graduate living in Greenville, Michigan, he lives with his wife of 34 years, Patricia, and they have recently welcomed a beautiful grandson into their lives. Despite the challenges Leonard and Patricia have faced recently, life is good!

Leonard is a steadfast believer in the adage, “People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care”.   He leverages his 30+ years of award-winning business experience to work extremely hard and deliver only the best results professionally as well as personally.

The 2018 EXIT Realty Corp. International Convention will be held from October 16th to 19th at the Gaylord National Resort Hotel & Convention Center in Washington, DC. EXIT Realty Associates can register in the Resource Center.
