Carla McGee, Sales Representative with EXIT Realty Advantage in Fredericton, NB spearheaded a fundraiser to support Fredericton Food Bank Greener Village with the Reg McGee Memorial Golf Tournament.
“The Fredericton Food Bank was a cause near and dear to my father’s heart. He believed so strongly in their program and how they help so many people. This is our 8th year supporting them in his memory,” Carla explains. All proceeds go to food and supplies for the food bank. Donations were made by golf players, businesses, family, and friends.
A portion of every transaction fee received by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to its charitable fund. Through the Spirit of EXIT Dollar-for-Dollar Matching Program, EXIT offices and associates can raise money for local, approved, registered charities and apply to EXIT’s head office to have those funds matched from the company’s pool of funds. Carla and her team hoped to raise $2,500, which EXIT’s head office was proud to match, however they raised $4,205 for a total donation of $6,705 with just under $30,000 going to this organization over the years in memory of her father.

It is inspiring to see the way that you back up agents like Carla McGee when they are making a difference in the community,” said Alex Boyd, Executive Director of Fredericton Food Bank Greener Village.
