Convention Checklist

It’s October again and you know what that means! The biggest event of the year is almost here: EXIT Realty Corp. International’s Annual Convention! The event will be held at the incomparable Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

Upon arrival, there’s a palpable excitement in the air as you learn new ways to grow your business and improve your life. Whether this is your first or twentieth Convention, every year brings something new. You’ll connect with various associates, hear innovative speakers and be immersed in so many new opportunities. After a jam packed few days of building together you can dance the night away with colleagues who now feel like family at EXIT’s various evening events. With all the excitement ahead, here are a few key reminders and tips to help you make the most of your trip:

Get Connected:

• Text APP to 85377 or visit exitrealty.com to download the EXIT Realty Connect App. When you’re onsite, you’ll be able to receive event notifications, view the general session and breakout speaker schedules, and register for our 2020 event!
• With all the networking you’ll be doing, exchanging your contact information has never been easier with EXIT’s Mobile Business Card™! Log in to the Resource Center and setup or update your photo, bio and contact information before you go.
• Connect and engage on social media to see who’s going! There’s still time to plan meetups with EXIT associates from across the U.S. and Canada.

Be Prepared:

• Pack plenty of business attire for the week.
• Don’t forget casual and comfortable attire for the Fun Night on Tuesday.
• Friday evening is our much-anticipated Cocktail Reception and Chairman’s Gala. Formal attire is required… and bring your best dancing shoes!
• Beat the rush and pick up your registration package on Monday, October 21! Our registration desk will open from 3pm – 6pm, in Presidential Lobby and will reopen at 7:30am on Tuesday, October 22.

Engage and Explore:

• This is a great experience to not only learn from speakers but also engage and share with others. Sit with and introduce yourself to new people throughout the week– you may even get a referral!
• Visit our fabulous sponsors, Premier Partners and Approved Suppliers in our Expo Hall for exclusive deals and discounts! While you’re there, drop by our EXIT Educational Booth, where our team can answer all your tools and technology questions.
• Our Breakout Session lineup is outstanding this year, so read through the sessions to decide ahead of time which ones you’d like to attend. The rooms fill up fast!

Pro Tips:

• Always wear your badge! It’s your access pass into ALL our events. If you lose it, please visit our registration desk for assistance.
• Bring comfortable shoes! The venue is expansive with plenty of places to walk.
• Bring an extra jacket or sweater. Temperature preferences in these huge rooms often vary, so come prepared.
• Bring a phone charger or backup battery. We have charging stations onsite in the EXIT Expo Hall (Ryman B1-3), but it’s best to come prepared if your smart device needs a quick charge.
• Share your photos at #EXITCONV! We’ll be monitoring our social media channels and would love for you to share your experiences.
