Delivering EXIT Love Through Administrative Support Staff

In a time when every dollar counts, EXIT Realty is proud to continually bolster and provide for its associates, even administrative staff, through a residual income-based approach that has paid out $7 million through our Administrative Bonus Program to date.

It’s a program that has benefitted the hundreds of administrators throughout the EXIT Nation; those like Katie Laffin, a single mom who’s proud to work with one of the company’s top Canadian offices, EXIT Realty Metro in Dartmouth, NS.

“With only one income, every dollar spent is thought of carefully. This program has helped relieve some of that financial stress,” she said explaining how quickly she was able to pay off her student loan and turn her attention toward preparations for her son’s secondary education.

By simply allocating a portion of each transaction fee received from offices by EXIT Realty Corp. International to a special fund, the administrative support staff within each brokerage where the real estate transactions originated are eligible to receive an annual bonus from this fund.
