EXIT Golden Realty Group and the Spirit of EXIT Support Pathways to Independence

Carlos Alex Jesus, Franchisee of EXIT Golden Realty Group in North Arlington, NJ along with his fellow EXIT Realty associates, held a raffle to benefit Pathways to Independence. Pathways to Independence is a charitable organization that works to support adults with disabilities throughout the state of New Jersey.

Alex and his team raised money through a raffle for three prizes that they advertised on social media and within the office. When asked why he chose this charity, Alex replied,  “To ensure that adults with disabilities fully and effectively participate in society on an equal basis with others.”

A portion of every transaction fee received by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to its charitable fund. Through the Spirit of EXIT Dollar-for-Dollar Matching Program, EXIT offices and associates can raise money for local, approved, registered charities and apply to EXIT’s head office to have those funds matched from the company’s pledged pool of funds. Carlos and EXIT Golden Realty Group raised $4,000 which EXIT’s head office was proud to match for a total donation of $8,000 to Pathways to Independence.

“On behalf of the Board of Directors, staff and clients of Pathways to Independence, Inc., I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your generous donation that enables us to upgrade our facility, and purchase needed materials and supplies in order to meet the needs of everyone we support. We couldn’t have done it without you,” said Alvin Cox, Executive Director of Pathways to Independence.
