EXIT Lakes Realty Premier and the Spirit of EXIT Make Headlines with Donation to Sharing Bread Soup Kitchen

Last fall, Broker/Owner, Chad Schwendeman, and the real estate professionals at EXIT Lakes Realty Premier in Minnesota, raised funds in support of Sharing Bread Soup Kitchen, a non-denominational, non-profit Christian organization committed to feeding the hungry.

A portion of every transaction fee collected by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to its charitable fund.  Through the Spirit of EXIT Dollar-for-Dollar Matching Program, EXIT offices and associates can raise money for local, approved, registered charities and apply to EXIT’s head office to have those funds matched from the company’s pledged pool of funds.  EXIT Lakes Realty Premier hoped to raise $4,000 for the local non-profit which EXIT’s Head Office matched. However, the amount raised far exceeded expectations and when all the contributions were tallied, a staggering $31,180.40 was donated to Sharing Bread.

Frank Lee, staff writer with the Brainerd Dispatch, was on hand for Chad’s check presentation to Pastor Bob Evans, and his story, “Sharing Bread Soup Kitchen receives record-breaking donation” made front page news.

EXIT Associates also volunteered at the soup kitchen throughout 2018 with plans to continue this year.
