Denise Wortman, Broker/Owner of EXIT New Options Real Estate in Leominster, MA and her team, donated a portion of their commissions to support Habitat for Humanity North Central Massachusetts. Habitat NCM is a chapter of Habitat for Humanity International that helps build, renovate, and repair homes in the North Central region of Massachusetts.
Denise and her team chose this organization because EXIT Realty Corp. International has worked with Habitat for Humanity over the years and she felt that just made sense to continue that work with a local chapter. Denise has also personally spent many years working alongside this organization, so she was aware of the needs they address and was happy to help.
A portion of every transaction fee received by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to its charitable fund. Through the Spirit of EXIT Dollar-for-Dollar Matching Program, EXIT offices and associates can raise money for local, approved, registered charities and apply to EXIT’s head office to have those funds matched from the company’s pledged pool of funds. Denise and associates of EXIT New Options Real Estate donated $3,607.53 which EXIT’s head office was proud to match for a total donation of $7,215.06 to Habitat for Humanity North Central Massachusetts.
