Broker/Owner, Denise Wortman, of EXIT New Options Real Estate in Leominster, MA and her office decided that they would like to continue their ongoing support of Habitat for Humanity North Central Massachusetts (NCM Habitat) by donating a portion of their commissions to the non-profit. NCM Habitat is a branch of the international organization that serves 30 towns in the state of Massachusetts with initiatives including renovations, repairs, and builds.
“I sincerely thank you for the donations your office and agents made from April through September of 2021. The funds contributed in this time period helped us to finish up work on our new home in Athol, start our next home in Hubbardston, and perform critical home repairs for homeowners in Townsend, Gardner, Boxboro, Fitchburg, Lunenburg and Leominster,” said Carolyn Read, Executive Director of Habitat for Humanity North Central Massachusetts. “Thank you again for your ongoing support and we look forward to partnering with you as we continue to build homes, community and hope in North Central Massachusetts.”
A portion of every transaction fee received by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to its charitable fund. Through the Spirit of EXIT Dollar-for-Dollar Matching Program, EXIT offices and associates can raise money for local, approved, registered charities and apply to EXIT’s head office to have those funds matched from the company’s pool of funds. Denise and her team donated $1,383.10 which EXIT’s head office was proud to match for a total donation of $2,766.20 to NCM Habitat.
