RISMedia recently honored two of EXIT Realty’s outstanding leaders among its annual Real Estate Newsmakers list, acknowledging the many individuals making significant contributions to the industry.
The list of the more than 300 honorees, recognized in seven different categories, featured Franchisee, Nick Libert of EXIT Strategy Realty in Chicago, IL and Franchisee, Kris Klair, of EXIT Realty Consultants in Turlock, CA.
“Never have there been two more deserving examples of EXIT excellence to make this distinguished, annual list. Both Nick and Kris emanate a professionalism, a dedication, and an integrity that we’re proud to have as part of our EXIT family,” EXIT Realty Co-Chair, Tami Bonnell said proudly of the announcement. “They’re each acing real estate in their own right and modelling the true power of this profession and the EXIT philosophy.”
Libert, a nearly 17-year veteran with EXIT, who owns five offices across Illinois and into Indiana, was recognized in the Trailblazers category for his #ProjectX coaching platform. With a dedication to empowering clients and agents, “He expanded the #ProjectX REALTOR® toolkit with new integrations, including automated review posting through partnerships with RoomVu and Google Business Pages,” his RISMedia profile explained.
On the other side of the U.S., Klair was recognized in the Achiever category after ranking as EXIT’s #2 Highest Grossing Multiple Office in 2024, expanding his operation to a total of eight offices after almost two decades with the brand, as well as launching a property management company. Known for his commercial real estate acumen and for being a pillar in his community, Klair also recently renovated and opened Central Station, a local downtown Turlock restaurant, purchased an almond orchard, and did it all amidst welcoming his third child.
These achievements serve as an inspiration for our EXIT Nation and for newcomers to our brand in the industry, highlighting the impact of visionary leadership and a dedication to service.
