“We chose this charity as they share the same goals and values in assisting our community in homeownership. We partner with Habitat annually and love being able to assist our families in need,” said Valarie Glenn, Broker of Record at EXIT Realty Bob Lamb & Associates in Murfreesboro, TN.
EXIT Realty Bob Lamb & Associates co-hosted the EXIT MTSU Panel Build, an event benefiting Rutherford County Habitat for Humanity (RCHFH). In their fourth consecutive year, their partnership with RCHFH continues to grow in both reach and impact.
This year’s initiative went beyond fundraising, as EXIT associates and volunteers actively participated in building a Habitat home on the Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) campus, helping turn the dream of homeownership into a reality for a local family.
They successfully raised $2,500 through the generous support of loyal local partners, clients, and associates. Fundraising efforts included providing a donation link and encouraging participation through social media, email outreach, and word of mouth.
In alignment with EXIT Realty Corp.’s philanthropic mission, the funds raised were matched dollar-for-dollar through the Spirit of EXIT Charitable Fund, doubling the impact of the initiative and further supporting Habitat for Humanity’s mission of affordable housing by providing a total donation of $5,000.
A portion of every transaction fee received by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to its charitable fund. Through the Spirit of EXIT Charitable Program, EXIT offices and associates can raise money for local, approved, registered charities and apply to EXIT’s head office to have those funds matched from the company’s pool of funds.
