EXIT Realty Cherry Creek Keeps It Green & Healthy with a Bicycle Fleet

Denver, Colorado is experiencing a boom in the real estate market and nowhere is that more evident than the area known as Cherry Creek.   Located just 6 miles from downtown Denver, this area has seen a total transformation over the past year or so.  With new high-style luxury living units opening every day along with fresh new retail and dining options, Cherry Creek is right in the middle of the Colorado real estate boom.

With progress, of course, come challenges, with parking in the Cherry Creek shopping district being top of the list for many.  To help with the parking situation and provide a healthy activity, EXIT Realty Cherry Creek has added a fleet of bicycles for agents’ use at lunch, to run errands and just to enjoy a fun spin around the block.  These 7-speed teal bikes come with a basket, water bottle, lock, built-in bottle opener and a cool parrot horn to toot!

“Cherry Creek is such a wonderful, dynamic area in which to live and work,” says Broker/Owner Sheryll White.   “We wanted to help our associates take advantage of all Cherry Creek has to offer in a healthy, eco-friendly way.  This seemed like a no brainer.”

EXIT Realty Cherry Creek is also located just minutes from the Cherry Creek trail, a 28 mile paved trail that winds its way north and south through some of Denver’s most desirable real estate.   “We are encouraging all of our agents from our other offices to also check out a bike for a healthy and fun activity,” Sheryll added.  “I hope to see our agents and their families riding our EXITized bicycles all across the city this summer.  We already have an agent showing homes using this new mode of transportation!” she concluded.

“What a cool perk to add to our office,” says EXIT Realty Cherry Creek’s Managing Broker, Kim Powelson.  “This is another great example of how Sheryll is always looking for ways to improve our agents’ lives and they love it.”

At the conclusion of the season EXIT Cherry Creek plans to donate the gently used bikes to a local children’s charity and make this an annual program for all 3 of their offices.
