EXIT Realty Consultants Sponsor Live Concert for Foster Youth

“Last year alone more than 900 children in Stanislaus County were caught up in the court because they were unable to live safely at home. It tears me apart watching some of these kids and what they don’t have,“ explained Kris Klair, Broker Owner of EXIT Realty Consultants with seven locations in California, about why he and his team of real estate professionals chose to support CASA of Stanislaus County.

CASA of Stanislaus County is a program that was created to offer better support and care for children in the courtroom by providing a Court Appointed Special Advocate for as many children as they can. “I’m also looking to get approved to become the adult in these kids’ lives; the only person who is stable,” said Kris.  CASA’s mission is “to have a safe, permanent, nurturing home for every abused and/or neglected child.  The CASA volunteer is all they have in their life as they jump from home to home.”

A portion of every transaction fee received by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to its charitable fund. Through the Spirit of EXIT Dollar-for-Dollar Matching Program, EXIT offices and associates can raise money for local, approved, registered charities and apply to EXIT’s head office to have those funds matched from the company’s pool of funds. EXIT Realty Consultants sponsored a benefit concert held last month and helped sell tickets to raise money for this organization.  Kris and his team hoped to raise $10,000 which EXIT’s head office was proud to match, however they exceeded that goal and instead raised $13,790 for a total donation from EXIT of $23,790 to CASA of Stanisalus County. The event raised $30,300.

“On behalf of our Board, our staff, and most of all the children that we serve, we owe an enormous amount of gratitude to EXIT and your team. Thank you for all of your hard work and support,” said Steve Ashman, Executive Director of CASA of Stanisalus County.
