Tami Bonnell, CEO, EXIT Realty Corp. International today announced that the subfranchisor rights for the State of Wisconsin have been awarded to Bill Pankonin.
Pankonin is 10-year veteran with EXIT Realty having started his career with the real estate franchisor as a Broker/Owner in Minnesota. Pankonin later went on to become the Regional Owner of that state plus Iowa, North Dakota and South Dakota growing to a combined total of 31 franchise locations across the 4 states. He now adds Wisconsin’s 6 brokerages under the EXIT Realty Upper Midwest banner with aggressive growth planned for the entire region.
