EXIT Realty Expands into Seven New Markets

Craig Witt, U.S. CEO of EXIT Realty Corp. International, announced today that the brand’s proliferation across the U.S. continues into the fourth quarter, expanding into seven new markets.

  • EXIT Capital Realty located at 7401 Whitepine Rd, North Chesterfield, VA, 23237, Ashley Parker, franchisee
  • EXIT Real Estate Specialists located at 2750-2752 Caton Farm Rd, Joliet, IL, 60435, Edward Ruettiger, franchisee
  • EXIT Realty Hometown Advantage located at 209 1st Street NE, Little Falls, MN, 56345, David Grell, Jody Fischer, and Molly Nelson, franchisees
  • EXIT Real Estate Experts South located at 615 Murfreesboro Pike, Nashville, TN, 37210, April Harrington and Furtesha Woods, franchisees
  • EXIT Realty Gateway South located at 1618 E. 9th Street, Hopkinsville, KY, 42240, Garry Wicker and Katelynn Schiro, franchisees

These franchisees have all navigated unique paths within EXIT which have led to owning their own brokerages. Whether they joined an EXIT office as a sales associate, regional administrator, manager, or are entirely new to the EXIT family, they all recognized the value of franchise ownership. Gary Wicker and Katelynn Schiro are opening their second office, while April Harrington has now expanded to three.
