EXIT Realty Homeward Bound Honors 18 Years of Giving Back Through Annual Golf Tournament

For nearly two decades, community impact has been at the heart of EXIT Realty Homeward Bound. This year was no exception as Robert Farrell, Broker/Owner of EXIT Realty Homeward Bound in Vestal, NY, proudly hosted the company’s 18th Annual Golf Tournament in support of Broome County Habitat for Humanity.

On September 3rd and 4th, agents, sponsors, community supporters, and friends came together once again to make a meaningful difference for local families. Thanks to the generosity of local vendors, mortgage companies, inspectors, title companies, and the broader community, the team raised an impressive $9,630 for their local Habitat chapter.

Held at the iconic En-Joie Golf Club in Endicott, NY, the two-day event blended fun, fellowship, and fundraising. Festivities kicked off on Wednesday evening with a lively fundraiser featuring live music, great food and beverages, games of chance, and enthusiastic support from sponsors, agents, and members of the En-Joie Golf Club.

The momentum continued Thursday morning with an 8:45 a.m. shotgun start, launching a beautiful day of golf under clear skies and good spirits.

Thanks to the Spirit of EXIT Charitable Program, which matched the team’s fundraising efforts with an additional $3,000, the total contribution to Broome County Habitat for Humanity grew to an outstanding $12,630.

Each year, EXIT Realty Homeward Bound demonstrates what it means to live the company’s promise of giving back. Their ongoing commitment to Habitat for Humanity helps provide safe, affordable housing to families who need it most, one swing, one sponsor, and one act of kindness at a time.

A portion of every transaction fee received by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to its charitable fund. Through the Spirit of EXIT Charitable Program, EXIT offices and associates can raise money for local, approved, registered charities and apply to EXIT Realty Corp. International to have those funds matched from the company’s pool of funds.
