The awards ceremony was a highlight of the event presided over by EXIT’s Founder and Chairman, Steve Morris, Co-Chair, Tami Bonnell, CEO – Canada, Joyce Paron, and CEO – USA, Craig Witt.

Roger is a real estate veteran with more than 35 years of experience. He joined EXIT Realty in 2014 as a sales representative and has been an owner since 2016. “Roger has expanded his footprint in the greater Chicago area by strategic growth through acquisitions of offices and agents which is a clear indication that his leadership is not only desired but attractive to aspiring agents in his market,” says Craig. “His relentless pursuit of creating the finest environments to nurture real estate professionals will catapult him and his associates into seizing even more opportunities over the next year.”

A veteran real estate salesperson, Jeff joined EXIT Realty Achieve from another brand in 2015, rapidly taking on management responsibilities. In 2021 he became an owner of the company and 2022, he expanded his ownership to include EXIT Realty Premier in Massapequa. “Jeff continues to grow and develop as a leading businessperson in his area.
