Our recent EXIT Realty Landmark Julia Grace Pickleball fundraising tournament in support of the Julia Grace Foundation proved to be an overwhelming success, showcasing the power of community engagement and athletic spirit.
The event drew just under 70 enthusiastic players who competed across six divisions, demonstrating the broad appeal of this increasingly popular sport. The tournament not only provided an exciting competitive platform but also served as a beacon of hope and generosity that was felt by all who were present including the family of Julia Grace.
Through the dedicated efforts of participants, organizers, and supporters, we managed to raise an impressive sum that was further amplified by The Spirit of EXIT Charitable Program. The outpouring of community support and interest we received was truly heartening, reflecting the shared commitment to the foundation’s cause and the unifying force of sports-based philanthropy.
A portion of every transaction fee received by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to its charitable fund. Through the Spirit of EXIT Charitable Program, EXIT offices and associates can raise money for local, approved, registered charities and apply to EXIT’s head office to have those funds matched from the company’s pool of funds. The team at EXIT Realty Landmark hoped to raise $4,000, which EXIT’s head office was proud to match, but they more than doubled their original goal raising $8,000.40 for a total donation of $12,000.40 to The Julia Grace Foundation.
“These funds in particular will be used locally to promote youth outdoor activities while bringing awareness and prevention methods for mosquito borne viruses. Thank you for your support,” said Jon Paul Ashworth, President, The Julia Grace Foundation.
