When EXIT Realty’s Founder and Chairman, Steve Morris, was constructing the company’s business model, he felt so strongly about the invaluable contribution of a brokerage’s support staff, he built right into the EXIT Formula a provision to pay them an annual bonus as a special thank you. To-date, the company has paid more than $6 million in these bonuses to staff who don’t even work for the corporation.
A portion of every transaction fee received by EXIT Realty Corp. International is set aside and paid to the administrative professionals in the brokerages where the transaction fees were generated. On Administrative Professionals Day, four of EXIT’s former Administrators of the Year reflected on what receiving the annual bonus means to them.

Personally, I like to use my bonuses towards family vacations – we’re making memories and not holding back:). Just this past spring break my husband and I went to Florida with the kiddos. While we were there, I booked a private boat, Captain and all, that took us on a spectacular daytrip all around the Island. It was absolutely amazing, and I didn’t feel the least bit guilty for splurging! More importantly though, I love that I get to surprise my other Administrator with this bonus each year! The first year she was with us, I kept it a surprise just to see her reaction😊! Now, she knows it’s coming, but it’s still wonderful see the smile on her face when she gets it each year!
