Mississauga, ON – EXIT Realty Corp. International is proud to share that two of the company’s own have been recently named among The National Association of Women in Real Estate Businesses’ (NAWRB) 2024 Leadership Award Winners.
C.O.O., Erika Gileo, who has served the company’s head office for the past 28 years, overseeing all aspects of corporate operations, has been recognized in the category of Corporate Leader, along with EXIT Realty Associates’ Franchisee, Parise Cormier, who has called the brand home for nearly 25 years, and was recognized in the Women-Owned Business Leader category.
“Erika knows business and what’s necessary better than any corporate leader I know, but what truly sets her apart is how well she knows our people. When you can serve someone personally as well as professionally – you have the winning formula,” shared EXIT Realty’s Co-Chair, Tami Bonnell, proudly. “Parise, too, is a great role model and leader, having grown personally and professionally so much since starting her brokerage. We are so proud of both, and to have them honored in this way.”
Gileo was one of the first investors in the brand and her touch can be felt in nearly every corporate department, especially as the subject matter expert in the creation of the company’s core database, which manages the company’s complex personnel hierarchy, executes the functionality of EXIT’s unique residual income, and tracks every real estate transaction at the brokerage level.
Cormier, who began her journey with EXIT as a sales representative, moved quickly into a leadership role and owns EXIT’s highest producing, as well as highest grossing office in North America, located in one of the brand’s longest-standing markets on the Canadian east coast.
Gileo and Cormier are among 26 women in varying categories, who, as NAWRB explains, are individuals making transformative impacts across industries through innovative solutions. Award winners will be celebrated as part of NAWRB’s annual Summit happening on November 22nd, 2024, at the Long Beach Marriott in California.
