EXIT Realty’s $100,000 Donation is the Largest in Habitat for Humanity Saint John Region’s History

Saint John, New Brunswisk (Newswire), September 23, 2019 Habitat for Humanity Saint John Region is pleased to announce that EXIT Realty Corp. International has made an incredible donation of $100,000 to its Fund for Humanity. “This amazing donation is the largest single contribution in our history,” said Kevin Perry, CEO of Habitat Saint John Region. “EXIT Realty is making it possible for us to build one additional home this year, providing another affordable home ownership opportunity for a local family in need of decent and affordable housing. The home will be sold to a single mother with three daughters through a no interest, no down payment mortgage.”

At a recent real estate agent meeting in Rothesay, New Brunswick, Kevin Harris, owner of EXIT Realty Specialists in Saint John and Rothesay, announced this significant donation on behalf of EXIT Realty Corp. International, in the presence of some of EXIT Realty’s real estate agents. “EXIT is pleased to be able to make a significant difference in a family’s life. Our local team is eager to participate in the construction of the home. Our agents make a difference in people’s lives daily by providing professional real estate services to buyers and sellers, but this home will be special for all of us,” said Mr. Harris.

A portion of every transaction fee received by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to its charitable fund and to-date, the company has pledged $5.5 million to charity.
