EXIT Realty’s Broker/Owner Training: By the first day, I was blown away

“This week has given me all the tools I need to take back to my community and help grow successful real estate professionals. I have loved this company since I joined EXIT Realty almost five years ago. It only made sense that I would take it to the next level and purchase my own EXIT Franchise. I am thrilled to grow EXIT in our city,” said Brandy Brown, of EXIT Realty Corp. International’s first Broker/Owner course of 2019.

Brown, the Franchisee of EXIT Realty Mountain View in Colorado Springs, Colorado, was joined by the leaders of several of EXIT’s new and established brokerages for the five-day, leading-edge business development program. Eighteen of the real estate industry’s top professionals, including company executives and EXIT Realty’s Founder and Chairman, Steve Morris, gather to teach the essential skills to build a top-producing brokerage in any market.  Topics discussed include: Your Financial Good Health, Technology Engagement, Personality Profiles, Manager’s Toolbox and more.
