Real estate trend-watcher, Stefan Swanepoel, released the annual Swanepoel Power 200 list this week naming the most powerful and influential leaders in the residential real estate brokerage industry. Once again, EXIT Realty Corp. International’s Founder and Chairman, Steve Morris and CEO, Tami Bonnell, were among those listed at #41 #59 respectively.
Among the SP200 Corporate Executives list which “acknowledges executives who predominantly oversee corporate franchise brands or real estate networks,” Morris ranked #20. Among the SP200 Women Leaders list which “acknowledges women leaders who hold the highest senior executive positions in the residential real estate brokerage industry,” Bonnell ranked #14.
