At EXIT Realty, giving back to the community is just who we are. Through our charitable program, the Spirit of EXIT, we’re proud to support initiatives that make a real difference in people’s lives. This past holiday season, Associate Broker, Margaret Vierra and Associate Broker, Marian Sacco of EXIT Realty Consultants in Morgan Hill, California, led a heartwarming fundraising event—Pet Photos with Santa— for the fourth year in a row to support Operation Freedom Paws.
The event brought together local pet lovers for a festive photoshoot with Santa, creating cherished memories while raising $2,529.87 for this incredible cause. Through the Spirit of EXIT Charitable Program, EXIT Realty Corp. International matched that amount, doubling the impact to $5,059.74! After each photo. EXIT Realty Consultants gifted each participant with an “instant photo” gift and “goodie bag”.
Operation Freedom Paws empowers veterans and first responders with disabilities by pairing them with service dogs and providing the training necessary to build life-changing partnerships. This initiative restores independence and improves the quality of life for countless individuals.
EXIT Realty is honored to support such a meaningful cause, proving that small acts of kindness—like snapping a festive pet photo—can create a lasting impact.
Founder and Executive Director, Mary Cortani, had this to say about the event: “On behalf of everyone at Operation Freedom Paws, I would like to extend our sincerest thanks to your Morgan Hill EXIT Realty Consultants team for the incredible job they did hosting the Holiday Santa Photo Event. It was a wonderful, well-attended event, and the positive impact it will have on our mission is truly lasting.”
A portion of every transaction fee received by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to its charitable fund. Through the Spirit of EXIT Charitable Program, EXIT offices and associates can raise money for local, approved, registered charities and apply to EXIT’s head office to have those funds matched from the company’s pool of funds.
