EXIT Success Realty Hosts Paint Night Fundraiser for Bike Safety and Gear

On December 11th, 2021, 41 budding artists came to show their support of The Great Berkeley Bike Bash. Though it was a warm December in the Mid-Atlantic, the Christmas Spirit and painting of snowmen thrived at the 2nd Annual EXIT Success Benefit. In addition to the painting, guests were treated to meat and cheese trays courtesy of Contour Mortgage. There were raffle baskets, $20 per canvas donation, and a 50/50 drawing, which helped to raise the needed funds.

“We applied for the Spirit of EXIT  for our paint night event and we were approved for the match. With the help of the program, our impact will be greater. It’s a great way to give back to the community, which is something Howard, our Broker, is committed to doing,” said Nicole Stotelmyer, Event Coordinator at EXIT Success Realty.

“We were able to present the Good Samaritan Free Clinic a check from our event to help with getting the program up and running,” added Howard Kronthal, Broker/Owner of EXIT Success Realty. “That feels good, we appreciate everyone who came out, participated, and had fun.”

The Great Berkeley Bike Bash is a partnership with EXIT Success Realty, Good Samaritan Free Clinic and the Eastern Panhandle Bicycle Company to purchase bikes and safety equipment for lower income students and to teach bike and traffic safety, starting with Burke Street Elementary School. The goal is to expand the program to all elementary schools in Berkeley County, WV.

A portion of every transaction fee received by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to its charitable fund. Through the Spirit of EXIT Dollar-for-Dollar Matching Program, EXIT offices and associates can raise money for local, approved, registered charities and apply to EXIT’s head office to have those funds matched from the company’s pool of funds. Howard and the team at EXIT Success Realty raised $786 which EXIT’s head office was proud to match for a total donation of $1572 to Good Samaritan Free Clinic.
