At EXIT Realty, giving back is at the heart of what we do. Through the Spirit of EXIT program, our associates turn their passion for community into real impact by raising funds for local charities—helping those who need it most.
Recently, Franchisee Maggie Tessier and Sales Representative Simon Bedard of EXIT Realty Matrix in Hawkesbury, Ontario, teamed up to support the Hawkesbury Central Food Bank, a vital organization that provides food assistance to community members facing hardship.
They organized a food drive at the local FreshCo, raising $2,525.25 to fight food insecurity. Going even further, Simon’s Bedard Real Estate Team matched the funds, and with the Spirit of EXIT program contributing an additional $2,525.25, the total impact grew to $7,575.75!
For families struggling to put meals on the table, these funds mean nutritious food, peace of mind, and a stronger community. With rising costs affecting so many, initiatives like this prove that when we come together, we can make a real difference.

A portion of every transaction fee received by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to its charitable fund. Through the Spirit of EXIT Charitable Program, EXIT offices and associates can raise money for local, approved, registered charities and apply to EXIT’s head office to have those funds matched from the company’s pool of funds.
