Margaret and Kevin Hamilton, Regional Owners of EXIT Realty Colorado, along with EXIT brokerages and agents in the state took part recently in the EXIT & Habitat: Dollar-for-Dollar Matching program.
On January 23rd, they presented a check in the amount of $4,000 to Stefka Fanchi, Executive Director of Habitat for Humanity of Colorado. This donation includes funds matched by EXIT Realty Corp. International and will be used to build or improve homes for families and individuals in need. Currently there are 27 affiliated Habitat for Humanity organizations across Colorado which benefit from donations such as this.
“We are thrilled to accelerate the strong relationship EXIT Realty Corp. International has developed with Habitat for Humanity International,” the Hamiltons commented in a letter to EXIT Realty’s Head Office. “In addition, we are excited to build support with our strategic partners as well as many others who donated directly to Habitat for Humanity at a recent EXIT Realty Colorado Luncheon.”
A portion of every transaction fee received by EXIT Realty Corp. International is pledged to its non-profit organization of choice, and to-date $3.5 million dollars has been pledged to Habitat for Humanity. Through the EXIT & Habitat: Dollar-for-Dollar Matching Program, EXIT Realty’s involvement with Habitat for Humanity can potentially reach every community where an EXIT office exists. EXIT Associates anywhere in North America can work in conjunction with their local Habitat for Humanity office to raise funds for a specific project or initiative and submit a proposal to EXIT Realty Corp. International for those funds to be matched dollar-for-dollar from EXIT Realty’s pledged pool of funds to Habitat for Humanity International.
