Nick Libert has dedicated his entire career to empowering lives through real estate. Joining EXIT Realty in 2008 during one of the worst markets in history, he built his operation to one of EXIT’s largest grossing offices with four locations and more than 200 professionals in the highly competitive Chicagoland market.
Nick’s vision has built him a loyal following, large enough to propel EXIT Strategy Realty into Inc. Magazine’s list of the 5000 Fastest Growing Privately Held Companies and be named in CS Magazine’s “Real Estate Visionaries” list for three consecutive years.
Bernadette Cole, EXIT Landmark Realty, Metro DC
In 2006, Bernadette began her real estate career as an agent. She opened her first brokerage, EXIT Landmark Realty, a year and a half into her career in January 2008. Since opening the doors, her company has quickly gained market share and is rapidly growing in a challenging market.
Her brokerage has a proven track record of new agent success, producing the Rookie of the Year (highest producing new agent) for Charles County, MD, in 2008, 2009, 2012, 2013, 2016, and 2017. Based on sales production and number of transactions closed, EXIT Landmark Realty was recognized among REAL Trends’ “Up-and-Comers” list for 2018, and Bernadette was named Broker of the Year for EXIT Realty Corp. International (East U.S.A.) that same year. Through her leadership, her offices have contributed time, energy, and capital to multiple community outreach programs, including supporting the military and first responders, and fighting human trafficking and homelessness.
