Influencing a New Generation in Real Estate

In what’s being called “a nod to the most effective, creative and boundary-pushing marketers that drive success and impact,” leading real estate industry news source, Inman, has announced its 2026 Marketing All Stars and two of EXIT Realty’s top influencers are among them once again.

For the fourth consecutive year since the award’s inception, both EXIT Realty Corp. International’s VP of Digital Marketing, Samantha Morris, and Associate Broker, Marki Lemons Ryhal have been recognized among this elite group and award category.

“Seeing these two influential and strong female voices amplifying not only our brand but instilling integrity within professionals throughout the industry fills us with tremendous pride here at EXIT,” explained EXIT Co-Chair, Tami Bonnell of the recent announcement, which included a total of 110 individuals spanning brand and communications leaders, advertising and marketing professionals, as well as chief marketing officers.

Samantha joined the corporate head office team in 2010, mastering several roles and spearheading numerous initiatives. She has been a driving force behind the organization’s digital marketing, social media, and online presence, through her work with both the Corporate Marketing team as well as the Web Development team, keeping the brand fresh, on point, and attracting a new generation of real estate professionals to the brand.

“Design and marketing have long been an interest of mine and being part of the teams here at EXIT has empowered me in ways that I never dreamed of, like receiving this award. I enjoy the challenges and opportunities these avenues have provided for my continued growth,” Samantha said of the digital realm which Marki has also leveraged to her rapid success as well.

“As an early AI adopter, I’ve been able to tremendously improve not only my output and influence through the sharing of my knowledge, but the output of the 1,000,000 people I’ve trained,” explained Marki of her real estate technology coaching program, ReMarkiTable, which she was nominated for.

Having joined EXIT Strategy Realty in Chicago eight years ago, Marki brings her 30+ years in marketing to her dynamic career where she has also made a name for herself through prolific speaking engagements that span both Inman and NAR® events. She’s a six-time best-selling author, and a veteran podcast host.

Please join us in congratulating these two amazing EXIT females on their recognitions. This is the fourth Inman Awards category to be announced this year, with another six yet to come over the course of the year, five of which are still open for nominations.
