Lake Charles, (Grassroots Newswire) — Accomplished artist, Joshua Floyd, Owner of EXIT Realty Southern with locations in Lake Charles and Sulphur, exhibited and sold his work at the Real Men Wear Pink Art Show recently. The show featured multiple artists from the lake area and raised money and awareness for cancer research.
Joshua committed half of the proceeds of his sales to the American Cancer Society. “Cancer has personally affected my family and taken some of my favorite people from my life. I chose to raise money for this charity to further research,” he said.

A portion of every transaction fee received by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to its charitable fund. Through the Spirit of EXIT Dollar-for-Dollar Matching Program, EXIT brokerages and associates can raise money for local, approved, registered charities and apply to EXIT’s head office to have those funds matched from the company’s pool of funds. Joshua hoped to raise $2,000 which EXIT’s Head Office was proud to match, but he raised $3,236.31 for a total donation to the American Cancer Society of $5,236.31.
