“This is my 39th year as Bell Captain for the Salvation Army. We raised lots of money over five weekends that will help lots of families in need. To date I’ve raised over $175,000,” tells Larry “Love” Gardner, Associate Broker with EXIT Realty All Pro in Bay Shore, NY of why he is supporting Salvation Army of East Northport.
The Salvation Army helps those in need for things like house fires, food scarcity, death of a loved one, etc. Larry led a group of bell-ringers to raise money for 80 hours over five Saturdays while wearing EXIT branded clothing and other appropriate signage.
A portion of every transaction fee received by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to its charitable fund. Through the Spirit of EXIT Charitable Program, EXIT offices and associates can raise money for local, approved, registered charities and apply to EXIT’s head office to have those funds matched from the company’s pool of funds. Larry hoped to raise $5,000, which EXIT’s head office was happy to match, however he exceeded that goal and raised $5,764 for a total donation of $10,764 to Salvation Army of East Northport.
