Rey has a strong background which plays an influential role in his real estate career:
“I was born and raised in Cuba. Back in 1993 at the age of 21, I left all my family and escaped in a small aluminum boat to the USA. This was just the beginning of my journey. I began my real estate career in 1998, successfully completing my real estate license.
“I have been working REOs and representing banks since 2008. I have also been a recognized broker for GMAC, Nationstar, and other large lending corporations. I opened Florida Evaluation Realty in 2009 as an independent broker. I am now looking ahead to the next level with EXIT Realty and growing my office and team. I keep my compass that I used back in 1993. The compass serves as a symbol of my hard work and dedication to achieving my dreams and goals. The compass helps me to not lose my direction and focus.
“I am thrilled to be part of the EXIT Realty team having now over 50 agents. My goal is to have over 200 well trained agents in my area as part of my team, closing over 20 deals each year. In two years from now I plan to open another EXIT Realty office in Homestead. As a real estate broker, I love the residual income, and a third dimension earning for agents increasing retention.
