Some of the company’s top leadership were recognized at the EXIT Realty Corp. International Annual Convention held recently at the Gaylord Texan Resort Hotel and Convention Center near Dallas, Texas.
Craig Witt, President of the US Division of EXIT Realty Corp. International received the Outstanding Service Award. “Craig’s unrelenting attitude, vision and character illustrates the perfect combination required to forge EXIT’s growth and development,” said Steve Morris, Founder and Chairman, EXIT Realty Corp. International. “His dedication to the job at hand makes him the very deserving recipient of this award.”
Susan Harrison, Senior Vice President, Corporate Communications, received the Award of Excellence. “As one of EXIT’s Senior Executives, Susan has provided years of undaunting service, commitment and excellence,” said Morris. “Her exceptional ability to breathe life into the printed word is a wonderful expression of who she is.”
Annette Anthony, Vice President, Technology Engagement, received the Trusted Advisor Award. “Annette exemplifies positivity, knowledge, warmth and the expert ability to provide direction and enthusiasm in all she does,” said Morris. “For her commitment and dedication to all EXIT Associates, she is deserving of this designation.”
Bob McKinnon, real estate veteran and EXIT Realty’s Director of Leadership, received the Leaders’ Leader Award. “Bob’s inspiring ability to guide, teach and coach is evident in everything he does,” said Morris. “His warmth and wisdom provide his students with great confidence and the ability to grow beyond their inhibitions, creating lives they never thought possible.”
McKinnon heads the company’s team of Ambassador Trainers and has recently added popular MIND-SET Trainer, Angel Tucker, to the team. The Ambassador Trainers including Angel Tucker, Rick O’Neil, Erica Nasby and Michael McCarron were honored with the Ambassador Award. “EXIT is proud to call these individuals respected Ambassadors,” said Morris. “Teaching, training and coaching are integral parts of the EXIT philosophy and with this team, we could not ask for better representation.”
In addition to the Ambassador Award, Rick O’Neil was the recipient of the Outstanding Career Designation. “As a career trainer, Rick has provided direction and encouragement to all who cross his path,” said Morris. “His warmth and care are evident in all he does and his students are the benefactors of his talents. We are proud to honor him for his outstanding career accomplishments and look forward to his continued success.”
