Pam Doak and the Spirit of EXIT Support Habitat in Fredericton

Once again, one of EXIT Realty Advantage’s top producers, Pam Doak, donated a portion of her commission to Habitat for Humanity Fredericton Area and applied to the Spirit of EXIT Dollar-for-Dollar Matching Program to help.

Pam lists donated vacant land owned by the non-profit and generously donates a portion of the commission she earns through the sale back to them.  This land is typically that which the organization deems too rural and/or unsuitable on which to build homes for partner families.

A portion of every transaction fee received by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to its charitable fund. Through the Spirit of EXIT Dollar-for-Dollar Matching Program, EXIT offices and associates can raise money for local, approved, registered charities and apply to EXIT’s head office to have those funds matched from the company’s pool of funds. Pam donated $1,125, which EXIT’s head office was proud to match, for a total donation of $2,250 to Habitat for Humanity Fredericton.

“We would like to say a heartfelt “Thank You!” for your recent monetary donation, and for your ongoing support of Habitat for Humanity Fredericton. Please know that we truly appreciate your support of our efforts – especially during this difficult time,” said Perry Kendall, CEO of Habitat for Humanity Fredericton. “This wonderful gift will assist with our 2021 home build efforts – helping us build strength, stability and independence through affordable home ownership. Now, more than ever before, it is so very important for families to have a safe, secure, affordable home of their own. Together, we can build homes – and hope – for families in our community and throughout our region.”
