Rain or Shine, EXIT Midstate Realty Serves Up Support for Kids

EXIT Midstate Realty hosted their 4th Annual Brat Fry to support the Christmas in July Charity. “Despite downpours and thunderstorms, we sold over 225 brats and over 60 hot dogs, in addition to lots of baked sweets,” Alissa Prentice, Franchisee and Sales Representative with EXIT Midstate Realty in Weston, WI said, “Our community really showed up to support the cause and we are so grateful. This year, funds will go toward efforts to create a state-of-the-art Pediatric Rehab Gym at Marshfield Children’s Hospital.”

In addition to the fundraising, some associates used the event as a client appreciation opportunity. They mailed out invitations and offered to pay for up to 4 meals per family if they decided to attend. This was a great way for agents to stay in contact with their sphere.

The group was able to raise $2,860, which was matched by EXIT Realty Corp International for a total donation of $5,720 to the Christmas in July Charity.

A portion of every transaction fee received by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to its charitable fund. Through this program, EXIT associates can raise money for local, approved, registered charities and apply to the Spirit of EXIT Charitable Program to have those funds matched from the company’s pool of funds.
