Ric Giumenta and his wife, Honora, are the long-time franchisees of EXIT Realty First Choice in Palm Coast, Florida, and once again this past Christmas, Ric donned his red suit to benefit local charity. “EXIT Realty First Choice participates in fundraising events for the Frank Celico Memorial Foundation by providing Santa Claus and our sales associates as helpers, to visit and take pictures with children,” he said. The mission of the foundation is to fund bicycles and helmets for children who don’t have the financial means to obtain them.
A portion of every transaction fee received by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to its charitable fund. Through the Spirit of EXIT Dollar-for-Dollar Matching Program, EXIT offices and associates can raise money for local, approved, registered charities and apply to EXIT’s head office to have those funds matched from the company’s pledged pool of funds. Santa Ric and his EXIT elves raised $3,201.20 which EXIT Realty Corp. International was proud to match, for a total donation to the Frank Celico Memorial Foundation of $6,402.40.
