Rick DeLuca Named Among the Featured Speakers at EXIT Realty Corp. International’s 20th Anniversary Convention in The Bahamas

For the first time, EXIT Realty’s Annual Convention is leaving the U.S. and Canada and heading to The Bahamas.  This extravaganza to be held at the fabulous Atlantis Paradise Island Resort celebrating EXIT Realty Corp. International’s 20th Anniversary will be the climax of a year of celebration and is anticipated with much excitement across the organization.

Joining EXIT Realty’s stellar lineup of speakers is Rick DeLuca.  DeLuca’s career began as a part-time real estate agent, advancing to full-time, to branch manager, to sales manager to the owner of an independent company in Reno, Nevada, all within 5 years.  He took his company from 34 to 192 agents over the next few years, while at the same time being one of the most successful salespeople in the state of Nevada, culminating in Salesperson of the Year.  Once the company had reached a size where DeLuca could focus on management he poured his energy into increasing agent productivity and retention.  That helped him achieve Nevada’s REALTOR® of the Year honors.  DeLuca’s “claim to fame” was being recognized by REAL Trends as the #1 per agent production company in the U.S.  His 192 agents led the nation averaging 48.6 closed transactions per agent per year.

When DeLuca sold his company he found himself in great demand to share the strategies and systems he created during his sales and management career.  Since launching his training career he has traveled throughout the world, spoken at every national franchise convention and was selected as one of only three people to teach the National Association of REALTORS’ Instructor Development Workshop.  He has developed a reputation as one of the most down-to-earth and practical trainers in the industry.

In the years DeLuca has shared ideas with real estate audiences around the world he has followed one rule he set for himself at the outset of his speaking career; “I teach them the way I used to like to listen.”  Rather than taking valuable training time to share stories, philosophy, jokes and “pounding” on an audience to “sell them something”, his fast paced, idea filled presentation is guaranteed to provide the participants an experience where they leave the event with ideas they can begin using immediately.
