“As a dedicated volunteer Big Sister, I’ve witnessed firsthand the transformative power of mentorship. I’ve seen the confidence blossom, the futures brighten, and the lives changed through the Big Brothers Big Sisters program,” Sherrie Neff, sales associate with EXIT Realty Great Falls in Great Falls, MT said of why she chose to support this organization.
From May 1st to October 1st, 2025, she donated 5% of her real estate commissions to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Montana and challenged fellow associates and business owners to match her donations to amplify the impact.
The campaign’s overall success was measured not just in dollars, but in the new connections, advocacy, and direct support provided to the organization, which ultimately help to sustain crucial one-to-one mentoring relationships. Two new Big Volunteers were added to the BBBS program with the addition of dedicated mentors being the single most valuable contribution, enabling two children to be moved off the waiting list and into life-changing mentorships.
Through this initiative Sherrie raised $3,093 over a five-month period. With EXIT Realty Corp. International’s $3,000 match, the total donation was $6,093 to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Montana.
A portion of every transaction fee received by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to its charitable fund. Through the Spirit of EXIT Charitable Program, EXIT offices and associates can raise money for local, approved, registered charities and apply to EXIT’s head office to have those funds matched from the company’s pool of funds.
