On October 6, 2025, guests stepped into the historic Crawford Mansion in Denver for an unforgettable evening of meaningful impact. Hosted by Jeni VanOrnum, Associate Broker with EXIT Realty DTC, Cherry Creek, Pikes Peak in Colorado, the Spirits & Spirits Fundraiser blended Halloween-inspired fun with heartfelt purpose all in support of Project I See You.
With its enchanting décor and spirited atmosphere, the mansion provided the perfect backdrop for a night dedicated to empowering women taking ownership of their lives. Attendees enjoyed themed cocktails, vendors, and the chance to come together as a community to make a difference.
Thanks to the generosity of attendees, sponsors, and in-kind supporters, the event raised an impressive $3,331.13. Through the Spirit of EXIT Charitable Fund, EXIT Realty Corporation International proudly matched this effort with an additional $2,000, bringing total contributions to $5,331.13.
These funds directly support Project I See You’s mission, helping provide:
- Down payment assistance for women working toward stable housing
- Housing stability initiatives that help secure safe, long-term living situations
- Financial literacy programs designed to foster confidence and independence
- Support for women transitioning from hardship to stability, ensuring they never have to walk their journey alone
